Givelify provides your members and supporters with a beautiful, personal, and convenient giving experience.
To further enhance this experience, brand your Givelify profile with your:
- Faith leader’s name and photo
- Organization’s logo
- Mission statement
Because churches and places of worship can have similar names, customizing your profile makes it easy for your members to find, recognize, and give to your organization.
Add images to your profile
To add your faith leader’s photo and organization’s logo to your Givelify profile, follow these steps:
1. On your computer, log into your organization’s account at analytics.givelify.com.
2. Select Settings > App profile.
3. On the App profile page, select the Customize Profile tab and update the following information:
- Banner image - Select Add banner image and choose the photo to be displayed for your organization's cover photo.
- Faith leader - The names of the users in your organization are displayed. Five names are displayed by default. Select View all to display all users in your organization.
Select the name of the user you want added as your faith leader and upload their photo.
Alternatively, you can select one of the following options:
Do not display a faith leader – This option is selected by default. If selected, no faith leader will be displayed in the Givelify app for your organization. We recommend that you include a photo of your faith leader so members can recognize your place of worship and give to the right organization.
Add a new person as the faith leader – Select this option to add a new user as the faith leader. Enter their first name, last name, and title. Select Add a profile photo to upload a photo of the faith leader to your organization’s profile.
- Location where you gather or worship – This will be shown on the map in the Givelify app. Click Edit if you’d like to make changes to the address shown.
- Organization logo - Select Add logo image and choose the photo to be displayed in the app for your organization's logo.
4. Select Save.
The logo will also appear next to your organization’s name in the search results in the giving app.
Add your mission statement
To add your place of worship’s mission statement, follow these steps:
1. On your computer, log into your organization’s account at analytics.givelify.com.
2. Select Settings > Mission statement.
3. Select Add/edit.
4. In the text box, enter your mission statement and click Save. There’s a 200-word limit
When you add the mission statement, it’ll automatically display in the preview to the right before you save. Having a mission statement can help your organization attract new givers on Givelify who want to support your mission.
